Sarah Haywood

Sarah Haywood joined Presbyterian Ear Institute in 2019 and currently serves as the Director of Operations. Sarah studied Human Resource Development at Indiana State University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science. She is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, which, contrary to popular belief, has nothing at all to do with martial arts. Sarah comes from an HR background and is passionate about using her skills to help PEI continue to be New Mexico's premier center of excellence for hearing solutions. While no one is quite sure exactly what it is Sarah does on a daily basis, she can typically be found performing tasks such as payroll and benefits administration, troubleshooting IT issues on the fly, recruiting and hiring new talent, building office furniture, writing policies and procedures, managing staff, fixing broken things, strategic planning, working with vendors, and mitigating any and all issues the staff may be experiencing on any given day. When Sarah is not working, she is spending time with her two kids teaching them to work hard, to be kind, and to always find the humor in everything.
