Dr. Nora Visscher-Simon is an audiologist at Presbyterian Ear Institute, specializing in hearing loss and tinnitus management. With a Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) and certification in tinnitus management (CH-TM), she is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that empowers each patient on their unique journey.

Driven by both personal experience and professional passion, Dr. Visscher-Simon is a strong advocate for accessible hearing healthcare. She integrates counseling, trauma-informed practices, and emerging technologies—including apps and assistive devices beyond traditional hearing aids—to support better communication and quality of life. Whether she’s helping someone navigate new hearing aids or working with a family to understand their loved one’s hearing loss better, she brings warmth, curiosity, and a deep belief in patient-centered care.

Dr. Visscher-Simon enjoys working with patients of all ages—from helping families and children navigate hearing health to supporting adults in reconnecting with the sounds and people they love.

When she’s not in the clinic, Dr. Visscher-Simon enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, young son, and their golden retriever—gardening, exploring nature, and diving into her latest hobby discovery.
