George's Story

In 2010, after experiencing rapid hearing loss, I had surgery for my cochlear implant and soon after moved to New Mexico. Since that time, Cris Epstein has guided the mapping and adjustments to my processor plus has expertly tested my hearing. After reviewing my situation, she recommended that I also get a hearing aid for my opposite ear even though I felt it wouldn’t make any difference. Much to my surprise, my overall hearing continues to improve and I am thrilled with the care and guidance I have received from Cris and PEI. - George Palmer
