Chris Carpenter

Chris Carpenter is a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) manager. He leads a team of 10 technical GIS data analyst and programmers within the Business Technology Services organization at PNMR. He is also a proud parent of a PEI alum. As someone with professional experience in the world of technology, Chris provides his personal knowledge and volunteers time to the PEI.
